We submitted the paperwork for a SS1K and B2B to IBA back on September 18 and are waiting to receive certifications.

Anyone else out there this long?

My last BBG cert took about 4 months. Getting close to that for my 10/10ths I did at the beginning of Oct. Be patient. If it was just a piece of paper, it would show up as soon as you paid the money. It takes time to verify a ride, and that time means there is more to that cert than a piece of paper and some ink.

Don't know how they do it (IBA) the cert's never show up till ya stop watching the mail box. ;)

My first one took 6 months. That may have been before you started riding though. They've since staffed up and have e-mail and their own forum where IBA Representatives are standing by to answer your questions.

Ira from IBA replied to say that they are just getting to the September packages.... it's A-OK.
I just received some certs from Sept 8-12....................2009

I had all butt given up on these (2 BBGs & 100CCC) Contacted Ira about the delay, within 8 days they were in my mailbox.

If you have a problem.....Ira is THE MAN with solutions.

All other certs were sent out reasonably fast.

roy i got my 1500bb cert the afternoon of our monday ride, still no border to border yet tho.forgot to tell ya.

I did my SS1000 in June and submitted the documents in the middle of July. Was notified by email about 3 weeks ago and just got the cert etc today. It`s been almost 6 months but there were 42 people who registered a ride for the same day as me. I think they have something like 27,000 LD riders registered so far. It will come and you will still feel good when it does.
