Marc, have you seen the rules?

Is it necessary to pick up the checkpoints in order? If not, I'd run it backwards. Don't like the idea that the best Sierra valley riding would be done at night and the boring desert sections during the day.

There are checkpoints along the route that have been planned for the arrival of the riders. Plus for some reason, all the rallies I've run down there seem to have all the twisties run a night...more challenging. I'm sure you could run it reverse route as long as you have a spot and get receipts.
