Looking for good FJR roads in southern Indiana. Here are some I know of:

1. 450 between Bedford and Shoals

2. 135 between Nashville and Brownstown

3. 45 between Beanblossom and Bloomington

4. 150 between Shoals and Paoli

Show me yours.

229 between Metamora, and Oldenburg, is not all that long but has some great corners. Clicky

262 between RisingSun and Dilsboro: Clicky

250 between Patriot and East Enterprise: Clicky

I have not been on the last two this year so I don't know their conditions but they have been good in the past.

Drew,

I think you just listed the roads for next month's group ride.

To compliment your roads:

From Bean Blossom, find the reservoir in Nineveh.

That neighborhood loop is slow speed residential roads, but waay technical.

A very fun detour.

58 from 135 to I-65 has newer pavement and some nice turns.

44 between Franklin and 135 is nice for Indiana.

If your stuck in Indy:

Fall Creek Road out to Geist Reservoir. (my 'hood)

Kessler between Binford and Allisonville (only a few hundred yards, but a sweeper switchback with a reverse bank).

Hey all,

We did have it nice for a couple weeks though didn't we? Just enough time back in the saddle to really get the itch back.

44 between 135 & 37 is pretty good just be careful going through the small town of Cope (negative radius with blind spot).

Here is a really info-packed motorcycle road website that lists all the roads you all just mentioned and more. Plus every other worthy road in the US. Check it out:
