Well thanks to everyone for putting my mind at ease ! Now what top case should I get and suggestions on a seat if needed ?
if there is no wobble what case should I get

I'd suggest you meet up with other local owners on a group get-together and see what everyone else uses and ask, "Why?"
I've seen all different sizes of Givi, some use the Yamaha top case, Shad has been mentioned as has Hepco-Becker. IIRC, a couple of owners have used J.C.Whitney. There are just too many options to give a simple and concise answer.

Mike speaks the truth as usual.
I went from the Yam box to the Givi, as the Givi is wider for the height, making it easier to carry a couple of extras with my laptop bag. As for the wobble, the Yam did at very illegal speeds (test track of course) and the Givi has not.
