Information needed from those attending SWFOG 09

All of those that have confirmed that they are coming to SWFOG please help me out by PM'ing me your forum name and your real name and the city and state you reside. The main reason is so I can provide the hotel a list so that they can group us together in the motel and second so I can work on name tags. If I could get all of these by July 31st it would be a big help.
