The cagers have a tough time seeing us so I'm always looking for anything that makes me more obvious to them. I ran across these on the CycleGadets site the other day and pulled the trigger (even though they are a little pricey). Clicky
I just finished the installation and I'm very pleased with the results. They only draw 4 watts for the set and they're incredibly bright. The pic below is with the HID's on low beam. The Hyper-whites are wired into my running lights so they're on anytime the ignition is on.
Be advised, they're very directional so you want to be sure you have them aimed as level and straight ahead as possible. There's an optional bracket if you're going to mount them on the forks, but I didn't want to mount them there so I made my own bracket to mount them near the bottom of the radiator tanks.
