Installing Kisan Headlight Modulator on 06 AE

Hello

I have a Kisam headlight modulator on order for my 06 AE. Do you remove the black plastic dash panels to install it and where do you recommend to install the light sensor?

You'd have to have very tiny, flexible hands not to. Then there's the light sensor. But it is a quick job.

I snaked the sensor up behind the windshield rail on the right side - it JUST peeks out and I've fastened it in place with a dab of clear RTV (silicone). Mind you, I have the Comagination unit and the sensor is quite small.

The Kisan I had on my Concours was full LED-sized and had a mounting ring - it needed a hole drilled or could be aimed downward and held in place with a tie wrap - Kisan's have a mechanism to adjust the sensor sensitivity.
