They must've finally rebooted their Winblows server after it got downed by the flood of requests...

The original link works now, download successful, time 30 min for download w/Verizon DSL, 18MB mpg file (Fri 8:30 EST)

Have just started watching it. Holy Moly !!! My appreciation for those speed boys just went up a few notches!

Do not miss this if you like real road racing!

(Suggested: don't just click on the URL, right click & save the file to your hard drive. THEN watch the movie after the file transfer has been done to your system)

In 1988 I had the pleasure of going to the IOM.I went with my girlfriend, she's now my wife of 18 years. It was a trip I'll never forget. You have to see, smell, hear and be part of this event to understand why people go to this mecca of true motorcycle road racing .The King of the Mountain(Joey Dunlop)was still in his prime. The people are the nicest you'll ever meet. The history of motorcycles is felt everywhere. It truly is a magical place to behold .. <Just my thoughts>

Now,,, I've got to go dig out that old photo album !!!!

3 mins over DSL.. gotta love it.

IOM is really cool. The crowd is so friendly, the atmosphere is great and the races are awesome.

Did you know that if you visit IOM when there are no races, most of the race course is without speedlimits and you can just see if you can do it like the pro's yourself?

It looks like my New Year's Day ride may get rained out. I may have to load this thing and watch it over and over, then go watch "Faster". Then I can go watch TWN's Mulholland Drive set. Yep, that'll be a great way to bring in the New Year!
