Since his birthday gift to himself arrived on Tuesday from Russell, the weather forecast was looking perfect, and he had a four day weekend on the calendar, we decided to runaway to the White Mountains so he could break in his new seat. He was under doctor's orders to take it easy, after all!

We found out Jack (bbdg) was also heading north for the weekend, solo on the bike. So we had a fantastic day with Jack doing the honors as tour guide (thanks Jack!).
