Sounds good.

Okay, my 2 cents: Women speak differently than men... When a man says he wants a divorce, he has thought it through and has made a calculated decision. But when a woman says she wants a divorce she means that is the way she feels at that moment and wants a discussion about the "issues". Alot can be accomplished with blunt honesty between you two now that the veil has been removed.

Okay... the sun is out again!
Just got a job offer that will allow me to keep my small business going and get a weekly paycheck. Downside is the job is over an hour away from where I live now, but that also means I get to ride the FJR two hours a day during the week.

I also got my saddlebag back from the body guy... a perfect match on the paint and an okay job on the paint. It was a friend's son who just graduated from a tech school. Total cost, including a quart of paint, was $175.00. I bought extra paint because I will most likely need more sometime down the road. I also had to buy a new relective kit from Alex because he got some paint on the reflective material and it won't clean up.

Oh well... things are looking better on the home front as well. My wife and I spent the holiday weekend spending some time togther.
congratulations on the paint...

Not too sure what to say about the divorce thing...

BTDT...and my ex thot he really stuck it to me... but I had a happy ending a few years later....I bought a bike and made lots of new friends...my life hasn't ever been bettter...

Only a couple of things... she wants a divorce, YOU get a lawyer.

PERIOD...You can afford it.

Talk

communicate...

ask her exactally what she means,.

You dont' have a clue.... guaranteed.

Just tell her you dont' understand how women think and she has to expalin it in tiny steps. OK?

Oh, and get a lawyer.

good luck

Mary

I have an idea for your bags. Get some nice reflective 3m tape and cover it up! A lot of guys do it anyway and I've even seen it in cool patterns and stuff.

If you were creative and matched it on both sides one might never know.

sorry to hear about the divorce. any kids? I've been through it.......it was a major surprise to me......she sorta got a girlfriend. Anyway..Gerauld paints these things. Do a search and you'll see a quote he gave to someone else. Best of luck!

O.K. just caught up to this post. You guys are spending some "quality" time together. There's hope. Congrats on the job also. Life turns on a dime. Keep your head up!

Well, since I was so slow to respond, I guess it is too late to quip with:

Well, if you show us one picture of the damaged goods, you should go ahead and include shots of both damaged bags.

So, instead, I will just say, "good!" on the paint and on the holiday! :)
