First I love the FJR more with every ride and every farkle. Suspension and Russell upgrades the best.
I've got a week's cabin rental in NC with wife and kids then leave from there for 5days to join the FJR Eastern KY ride and a few days solo in WV.
I just booked a condo for a week beachfront on the Gulf in July.
Just ordered a new computer with 4GBRam and seperate video card.
I had been looking for a deal on a good (KLR/DR) dualsport to ride NC/GA forest service/fire roads and my wife just said she's ready to do some riding with me this year. I had been planning to get another (my 3rd) 1800 Goldwing in a year or three when my kids (ages 4 & 6) are a few years older to take them on long weekends to Blue Ridge Parkway and when my wife has time to ride. My wife just told me she'd like me to get a wing this year so she can ride with me. She's not crazy about riding on the FJR after having ridden pillion on 2 Goldwings (Goldwing is the ultimate, also I ride it slower).
It looks like I'm going to start looking for a deal on a wing. Southern Honda has them discounted to $17,500 out the door and Honda's offering 3.9% through May.
I'll likely look for a low milage model with a few farkles and save taxes. I hope to have one in the fall as it will mostly be my colder weather/highway/non-FJR(twisty) road bike.
I just realized this string of good fortune and hope it continues!
