I'm putting in my annual pitch for the Killington Classic Rally in Killington,VT. Sept. 10 - 13, 2009 If you cann't make Tom & Fred's White/Green Mt Ride try the Classic. The Killington Classic is a Spectacular touring rally that includes riding through Vermont's Green Mts. From sweepers to twisties and everthing in between, this is a great riding area. Registration begins on Thurs. w/ a chile cook-off welcome party. Friday is for riding and shopping the vendor area Before the Thunder Through the Mountains Grand Parade. Bikes stretching from Killington Mt. 14 miles to the Vermont State Fair, where there is free admisson for all rally paticipants. The rally continues on over the weekend with a Bike Show, Poker Run, and guided and self-guided tours over some of the best roads in VT.
