Kurykan driver pegs installed on my GenI FJR

I found a shop that would install Kurykan footpegs and adapters on my bike, even though the catalogue had no listing for pegs that would work for an 04 FJR. After removing the stock driver pegs, he had to grind a mm from each side of the adapter to make the fit good. He was able to reinstall the spring as well. These pegs are much more comfortable on my feet due to the increased surface area provided by these pegs. They actually look pretty cool too. I will try to get some pics posted before too long.

I had isogrips with stilleto bar ends on my FJ1200-looked great with all the chrome and polish and other bling..It's a slippery slope, my friend!

Had a look at a V-Max the other day, which has wider pegs. I did not have a proper measuring device, but it looks like they might need a little shaving to make them fit in the stock receptacles. Just an idea if you are so inclined.
