Well, hopefully we've now heard from all the people who can't make it....

Pizza... delivered from Vegas? I doubt it (the tip $$$ would be astronomical).... so don't send one Richard.
Silly George! Richard just has to call a local joint and give them his money (again), then they make the short jaunt to bring it to us from Kernville. I'll cover the tip....

Darn,

We can't make this one. We will be camping at the Watchman campground for 3 nights in Zion instead. Gotta hike through the Narrows and up Angel's Landing again.

You all have a great time and ride safe.

Congrats to Wendy Crockett from Wofford Heights, CA for completing the 2009 Iron Butt Rally!

Well done Wendy! I look forward to meeting you one day, and hearing all about your experiences in the rally.

Thanks all! I had enough luck on my side on the first two legs to carry me through some... "hiccups"... on leg three. There were a lot of guys who did some great rides who just got unlucky, so I'm just thrilled to have finished!

We're going to be having a SoCal/CenCal IBR reunion BBQ up here, and I'm hoping to get it rolling for the same weekend as your ride. Big BBQ + Lots of good people = a good Saturday in my book! I'll keep you posted as the IBR guys trickle home.

So far it's looking like most of the local guys have previous commitments that weekend. :glare:

A few people are available, but we may have to reschedule the full-on IBR reunion for another weekend. Oh, well - won't make this trip any less fun!

In case somebody besides the five people who already know this doesn't, bump.

Trying to keep my spot and do some camping anyway....

Khunajawdge: Jorge, please contact me ASAP at either [email protected] or call my home at 480-917-3863, por favor!!

George, I want us to plan Death Valley 2010 so our schedules do not conflict, but rather coincide. Combine both clubs, ese!

If some of you guys are still going to make it up here, let me know - We're always looking for an excuse to pull out the smoker for pulled pork, tri-tip, ribs, etc etc etc... Or at the very least, swing on into the shop and say Hi!
