Oy Vay! Another rally to run this year! Will the madness never end?

I have done the last two, so it would be a shame to stop my streak. Always a good time at the LOE1000. Hmmmmm..........

Well Greg, third time charmed. You should be a "shoe-in" this year. This is practically your home turf!

Ya'll have fun.

I did the '02 and '03 rallies as Steve can attest. Won't get to make this year's. Maybe '07.

I just had to read this one. I work in a hospital where we've nicknamed the area used for patients under a legal hold (psychiatric hold) the "land of enchantment".

Well I won't be able to run this year, but I'm just off the phone with the Rally Master and while he didn't spill all the beans, the one or two legumes I saw were really really interesting. Vet or Newbie alike will really enjoy this rally. I myself am bummed beyond belief that I'm missing it due to my recent accident.

About my accident: 200K+ miles of riding has proven FAR safer then running in the rain on wet concrete. Fell on my tailbone. Yowza that hurts.

Anyways, if you're free that weekend, give the LOE some serious thought. This is going to be a challenging and fun rally.

You can still drink beer, right?

Ok. I'll get off my arse and get the entry sent off.

Too bad you won't be there George. I was really looking forward to kicking your ass.

Hey Beeroux - just stay up on the pegs for 1k miles and your butt don't hurt! :D You could change it from Iron Butt to Iron Legs!

Oh Skooter, you need to wake up and apologize.

After Spank ( and when my ass heals ) my game will be back on to full and you will remember whats its like to always be looking up at the podium with your wonder-ears at full attention.

Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhit.

<G>

I believe theres an 11 day rally next year. Wanna wager who places higher? For me, 07' will be NOTHING like 05'.

Drinking beer, and working out the quads,

GZ

Does anyone know the cutoff date for entry
In the past it's been a couple of weeks or so before the rally itself, or once he hits a "magic"# of entrants. This is so Jeff and Ira can order shirts and get a head count for the dinner. That's not to say that you couldn't sign-up last minute (Jeff's a push-over) and ride the rally, but you probably wouldn't get a rally shirt. I'm guessin' they make up a few extra rally towels for just such situations, and there's usually a little extra food at the banquet. I'd check the website and get ahold of Jeff Foster or Ira Agins to confirm what I've told you. Good luck!
