Not sure if this post is in right place, and moreover, not sure if it's kosher. My brother-in-law has just become a Fireblades.org member (through my e-mail account - when you read his post, you'll soon realize he don't own a computer, neither.).
Anyway, below is his intro post and wanted to buy request from Fireblades.org for one of two bikes to replace his VF. I didn't know if it belonged here or in the classifieds (didn't want to clutter those up with non-FJR stuff), so if anybody knows of local (Columbus, OH) bikes meeting his criteria, let me know - I'll pass it along to Jeff and have him contact the seller.
The reason I'm dubbing this over to here is that this is a very helpful group that only 'occasionally' dogpiles folks when they demonstrate an excess of either testosterone, or Jack Point Stupid. At my age, I think I'm too old for either................

"Howdy.
Located in Columbus, Ohio - last bike ('83 VF 750) and I parted company when we were introduced to a deer about three weeks ago. I'm fine; the deer's got hemorrhoids (sp?) and the bike's gone to Honda Heaven.
I'm looking for two replacement options - a 1983 to 1986 Kaw Ninja 900, or a 1993 CB 900RR. I bought the VF in Cincinnati and trailered in home, but I'd prefer something within 50 miles of Columbus if possible.
Anybody have or know anybody who has, get back with me through the Forum - I can either call you back or reply through here (I'm cheap and don't own an answering machine or a cell phone).
