I want to get a good leather jacket and some leather pants, but I do not want to do mail order. When I lived in Ohio, I would go to Competition Accessories... but that's now an eight hour drive.

Is there a good place around Kansas City, St Louis, Springfield or anywhere in between. I'd like to get something like a Joe Rocket... but the only stuff I can find near me is for the Harley crowd.

Thanks!

NOTE: This is not a thread about what is better, leather or mesh or anything else. I want to get leather and I don't want to do mail order. Any suggestions for good leather would be appreciated.

Mail order mesh roXors. Anything else is......less. Oh, and try here. Or here.

This also popped up, though why is beyond me. But hell, who knows leather better? :p

They are closed on sunday, So it would have to be before that...

I am home now and will be leaving tomorrow night for work.

Motorcycle Closeouts(.com) is in Kansas City on North Oak Trafficway just south of Berry Road. I pulled up their website, but have not been there. B)

Okay...

I'm going there tomorrow after work. Think I'll call RonBB and see if he wants to make it a road trip.

Donelson Cycles in St. Ann (St. Louis) have a huge selection of stuff. Prices are a bit high, but you can do what I did and find what size works for you from a certain maker by actualy trying it on...then go online and find the best price..
