LF: Fuse/Power distribution panel for my '06

I have to wire in a number of electrical components. I want to put in a (presumably marine grade) distribution panel that has fuses for each output and screw terminals for both the positive and negative wires.

If it had a relay on board, so much the better.

I think I'd like to install it below the front seat, so I guess that size is something of an issue, though I am soliciting suggestions.

What's out there? How much does it cost? I want to avoid a huge taped splice and a bunch of messy wires.
