Question about mounting of PIAA or similar lights.

Considering mounting them up off the mirror mounts or down on the fork tubes.

Looking for opinions (yes I know) and likes/dislikes about where others have them mounted.

Thoughts?

Driving or high beam lights will give you more bang for your buck if mounted as high & wide as possible. Mounted under the mirrors works well for me.

High for driving lights trying to reach down the road. Low if you're trying to do fog lights.

+1

High and wide to reach out and also to triangulate obstacles in the road. Low gets lost into the ground too soon and is better in helping others see you as opposed to you seeing other things (deer, crazy lost women, etc.).

High, definatly high. I've got Gearaulds mounts with FF50's, and there awesome.
