Hello All,

I have sold my previous bike and I want to return to a FJR. I am looking for a 2007-2008 and want to be in the 8000-10000 range. I am in Virginia and would prefer to be within driving distance. I have scowered the classifieds and most bikes are sold even though they do not say so. I am in contact with one member out west and debating shipping due to my timeframe for an upcoming trip to the BRP. Thanks for any help. TJ [email protected]

Good luck with finding one locally. I had to drive to Philadelphia to pick mine up. I was fanatical about hunting one down and in particular was looking for an '07 for the color. I found it on EBay, called the guy(for sale locally too), called the wife, called him back, sent paypal deposit, went to pick it up the next day. 2265 miles. It was in showroom condition, so I lucked out. Any good ones do not last long. Unless, of course, they are priced too high.

You can modify that how you want. You didn't say where in Virginia, so I used a Fairfax zip. I had to add the "- Kawasaki", as there is someone in DC selling a Concours, with FJR mentioned in the body.

It is in your price and model year range. You didn't say whether you had a preference as to AE or not. This is an AE and it is in VA!

I've finally decided....while an awesome bike, the FJR is just not the right fit for me so I am selling my 2007 1300A. I purchased it new in March 2008 from Metro Cycles in Lithia Sprimgs, GA. It is in nearly perfect condition. One driveway drop scratched the upper fairing and left side bag, but only slightly so. Actually it scratched the mirror and stator cover too, but I replaced those with new factory parts because I couldn't bear to look at the scratches. The remaining scratches barely visible. The bike has a little under 10,000 miles on it, has Michelin PR2s with about 2000 miles on them - still look new - and includes Barender Helmet Lock/End weights (both sides), G2 ergo throttle, magnum blaster horns (hi/lo) wired with FJRandy's harness, scotchlite side bag reflector tape, OES Accessories delrin frame sliders and 90 degree valve stems. Comes with side bags, bag liners, and extra lock for a topcase. The bike is kept in my garage and covered with a Nelson Rigg. I have clear title. $9750. Here are a few photos. Located in NW Atlanta metro area.
