Thanks Scott; With the with the weather starting to change, I'm going to start working on it in earnest. The shame of it is it's probably already too late. When I removed the fuse box under the rear saddle, it was corroded beyond repair. The metal contacts were just eaten away from the salt water. This weekend I'm going to hose the bike down with deionized water and get the process started. I have chemicals in and soon to arrive so I guess I'm gonna hose it with clean water, then alcohol, then ACF-50. I'm kind of expecting to find badly corroded connectors and wiring that can't be salvaged. Haven't yet looked into a wiring harness, but I hope to turn the motor over in the next couple weeks. I'll keep y'all posted. I'll post some pictures once I get into it.
