Has anyone tried mounting a cup holder in their steed? If so, what did you go with?

An espresso machine. And a small microwave, you know, for like popcorn and stuff.First a cup holder to drink and later a toilet to pee.Maybe a small fridge for snacks too?
I don't drink, eat or smoke while riding.
I keep one bottle of water in tank bag for when I stop, hopefully while getting gas and close to restroom.
In the desert west of the US you can get seriously dehydrated if you wait for a gas stop to chug a bottle of water.I don't drink, eat or smoke while riding.
And yet another good reason not to ride in the desert west of the US. Who knew there were so many?In the desert west of the US you can get seriously dehydrated if you wait for a gas stop to chug a bottle of water.I don't drink, eat or smoke while riding.
Meanwhile the congested NE gives you gas stops every 5 miles, toll booths every 2 miles and far too many people per sq mile. And yet another good reason not to ride in the desert west of the US. The "congested NE" you are thinking of is a horrible place to ride. It starts in Boston and runs pretty much the entire coastline down to northern Virginia, and extends a couple of hundred miles in from the coast. I try and avoid it at all costs, both in a car and especially on a bike. Luckily we still have ME, NH and VT along with the Adirondacks and Catskills of NY. All great places to ride.Meanwhile the congested NE gives you gas stops every 5 miles, toll booths every 2 miles and far too many people per sq mile. And yet another good reason not to ride in the desert west of the US.
