Looking for instructions on CO adjustment

I once saw a thread that had concise instructions on checking/setting the CO sensor setting. Can anybody help?

To do it correctly, you'll need to weld some (rivetnut) nipples on the headers and use an EGA. Just bumping the numbers is really not going to do the job justice.
