Loose Connector?

So I'm installing some farkles & notice this loose connector under panel C. It is secured to the frame with a white plastic cable tie. Everything seems to be working fine on the bike & I have not found any voltage on the connector with the bike ignition either "ON" or "OFF". I don't think it is a big deal but was just curious if anyone happened to know what it is for?
