Message: <blockquote data-quote="wheatonFJR" data-source="post: 484706" data-attributes="member: 160">Sorry to hear about that Jill.    <img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7" class="smilie smilie--sprite smilie--sprite3" alt=":(" title="Frown    :(" loading="lazy" data-shortname=":(" /> As I type this, our cat is sitting on my lap.  Our cat is not long for this world as it has a growing tumor that was found to be cancerous.  I am not one to have operations done on cats, but this one we considered having an operation done as it is so friendly and has a loud purring motor.  When we found out that the tumor was cancerous and already in the bone we cancelled the surgery, brought the cat home, and have been giving him pain relievers.  Once we see the cat is in distress or suffering, we will take him down to the vet and have him put to sleep.  Until then, we'll just give him all the good stuff from this life that cats like....but soon it will be time to say good-bye.</blockquote>
