Ride More, Talk Less
First, I bought his balancer thinking that I would do my own balancing. After a visit to my local shop, they simply made me a deal I couldn't refuse and made DIY impractical.
That said, I did order the balancer, and Marc shipped it promptly. I emailed him for a return on the product 2 days after receipt. I never opened to the box, so I can't speak to the quality of the product (but that's been beat to death here... it's awesome, which is why I bought it originally!).
I shipped it back, and Fedex absolutely destroyed the packaging, and apparently dipped it in some kind of chemical that caused damage to the aluminum and the bearings. A total loss.
Marc, though I actually was not really a customer, really helped me out with the fedex/the claim/etc. Great guy to deal with, recommend him highly... great customer service.
