First, I bought his balancer thinking that I would do my own balancing. After a visit to my local shop, they simply made me a deal I couldn't refuse and made DIY impractical.

That said, I did order the balancer, and Marc shipped it promptly. I emailed him for a return on the product 2 days after receipt. I never opened to the box, so I can't speak to the quality of the product (but that's been beat to death here... it's awesome, which is why I bought it originally!).

I shipped it back, and Fedex absolutely destroyed the packaging, and apparently dipped it in some kind of chemical that caused damage to the aluminum and the bearings. A total loss.

Marc, though I actually was not really a customer, really helped me out with the fedex/the claim/etc. Great guy to deal with, recommend him highly... great customer service.

good story, i'm not surprised. I've purchased a few things from him and all is better than advertised, quick ship and no drama. His products will likely be among the few (amongst many) that I'll actually have for a lifetime.

Bought the Visual Alert and is a great product. The plug didn't want to stay in on my Escort 50 and even though the problem turned out to be the case thickness on the Escort, Marc helped me all the way through the process of dealing with Escort and with me on the phone more than once until the plug/jack issue was fixed. Great guy, great products. PM. <><
