First off let me say that I firmly believe in word of mouth advertising, good or bad. This started out good as I have had 4 or 5 sets of tires mounted by these guys with no scratches and lots of referrals given out by me for the good work. Then it happened, I hand my pristine rim over to this joker and he molested it. I'm not talking just a scratch here or there, but a genuine gouge. I call them up and talk to Randy ( who has the personality of a tire iron) and he says he can't believe it. I said that was my initial reaction also. In short I got no apology but I did get a small bottle of touch-up paint ( I hope it matches) which I had to ask for. I guess I'll have to look elsewhere for my tires and accessories and switch to the negative word of mouth campaign. Pissed, jevers
