WOW! That badge would be owned. After he realized there was a camera in this kid's car he cleans it up, beforehand he's dropping the f-bomb and using severe intimidation. LEOs under stress....

IF that was real, and in a department with more than three deputies, "ex-LEO" is probably more accurate, although the Chicago cop who was on tape beating the bartendress didn't get what he deserved until that tape hit the news. OTOH, that beating was off duty behavior. This tape is purportedly on the job behavior, which is the "under color of authority" sort of lawyer attracting behavior that, with some good damages would be very costly to the governmental entity employing that guy.

My best friend is a bond trader and did not believe that injustice was possible in the USA. Well one New Years Eve he is walking off his dinner at about 9pm at a local college (where he graduated from) and there were 3 police cars lined up and the guys were out of there cars shooting the breeze. Well my buddy says "What is it a slow night?" and the next at 2am his girlfriend is at my door looking for bail money.
They charged him with resisting arrest (He asked if he had to give his social security number) and tresspassing on the college his property abutts. He refused to take my advice and apologize to the chief of police personally the next day and take full responsibility and was found guilty as charged. Cost him almost 10 grand in lawyers tring to get "justice" which for some reason was more important to him than his money and some community service that was waived.
He now agrees with me "Good evening officers", "Sure I have plenty of ID would you like to see it", "I live locally and walk here every night", "Of course my social security number is..." beats the heck out of a night in jail and all of that hassle. I learned these lessons as a teenager, my friend learned them at 40.

LEO's are like everybody else they have their good,bad and ugly-although their profession tends to protect the bad I know several good LEO's and even they tend to protect the bad ones (they know the problem childs and dislike their behavior) but wont speak out against them

YES I ran the fatty over!!
Ok maybe its staged, maybe its not. but I have had similar experiences as a kid being bullied by cops in a small town. I have also had cops in small towns give me their lunch money so that I had enough to catch a cab home.
