Two things, first is they show $26 but out of stock on line. And the second is even if they had in stock I personally won't shop at Walmart.

$29.95 for a 5 qt jug at O'Reilly's.

Mobile 1 5w-30 syn? I am under the opinion you should not be using full syn motor oil, unless motorcycle specific. The Mobile 1 syn 5w-30 I have been buying for my cages at Costco and Wall-Mart is not motorcycle oil. I'm sure some are using this stuff in their motorcycles with wet clutches but not me.

I'm guessing this is a 'heads-up' for car (or truck) oil; this isn't good stuff for your wet-clutch motorcycle. (Sams warehouse has 6 quarts for $34, everyday; if you have one near you)

It's not that you shouldn't at all. it's that you don't want a full synth that includes "friction modifiers" because of the wet clutch. The lower multi-vis options all include friction modifiers. The 15w-50 does not and I ran it in many different wet clutch bikes without issues. Just be sure they haven't reformulated it to include "friction modifiers" by reading the label.

Avoid options that look anything like this (the energy conserving tag is the bad mojo).

I too ran the 15w-50 RED cap mobile one in my Gen 1 FZ1. 40,000 trouble free miles. I was told that that was the only Mobile one car oil that didnt have the friction modifiers. So, your saying that if a oil has the "ENERGY CONSERVING" in the tag that is what means friction modifiers? If so, that is great information.
