Montana NF-148 Silver Butte Pass Rd

Is this section of road paved? I'm going from Libby MT to Sandpoint ID. The southern route thru Trout Creek and up 200 looks more interesting than going Route 2 the whole way but I'll be two up on a 'Wing and don't need anything less than hard, clean asphalt underneath.

I don't think that road is paved....
