More GPS Talking

With all of the talk about GPS units, I was wondering if anyone here is or has used a Garmin GPSMap 620. For a similar price to a 660, it would be kinda neat to be able to use it on the boat. I know some here used to use the 27xx series. E bay has several refurbished units for less than 400. Is that bad or good? Inquiring minds want to know.

I have a 276C & absolutely love it. It is not a refurbished unit so, I hope that it doesn't die anytime soon. I wonder if all of the GPSMap series have the same type of readable screen. I can read mine in direct sunlight.

I would assume the screen is easy to read. They need to be visible in a boating environment, which could be similar to biking. Thanks
