“Keep Portland Weird” so the saying goes. It think they got it wrong this time, it should have been “Keep Portland Wired”. Portland company MotoCzysz just took first and second places in today’s Isle of Man electric motorcycle race. LINK

And just missed the bonus for the first electric bike to average over 100 mph for a lap again. Good job on their effort. And very nice looking bike.

Very cool, they already did great last year, but now with two entries they're even better.

Michael Szysz has a lot of vision, the first thing he did was a combustion engine racer, and it was really cool with lot's of good new ideas (like a counter balanced engine with 0 giro effect, all testers loved how easy it was to change direction), but ended up not getting enough financing to keep developing.

Hooray!

Will be interesting to see if he is able to get the funding to finally enter the MotoGP grid like he always dreamed of now that they're going back to 1000cc engines.
