Bike limit 20 Litres. They are trying to work out how to measure the amount of fuel held in injectors etc. Last year Ducati were caught putting fuel into their catch bottle which was then sucked into the tank by the vacuum created by the consumption of fuel in the main tank. They didn't break a specific rule, but caused a rule change this year relating to 'all' fuel on the bike instead of just in the tank. They have also said that there now has to be a non-return valve in the breather pipe.
The fuel is kept at 15 degrees below the ambient temperature which means that 20 litres actually shrinks in volume enough to allow 21.3 litres into the same volume.
