MotoGP Typical Schedule

For as long as I can remember, MotoGP races had FP1 and FP2 on day 1, FP3 and QP on day 2, and WUP and race on day 3.

Looking here it says there will be FP1 FP2 and FP3 on day 1, FP4 and QP on day 2, and WUP and race on day 3. Does anyone else remember a MotoGP event where there was an extra practice session on day 1?

I venture to add a similar comment. New track, so most teams have zero set-up data. Probably arranged mutually & I see nothing sinister in this. Unless DMG is lurking in the background.
