I don't know where they are located, but their customer service was excellent.
I called because their website advertised a pirelli corsa rear tire for 129.99, but when you check out, it charges 145.99.
Paula asks me where I see this advertised price? I tell her the url, which she promptly enters. She puts me on hold to talk to the manager. After your typical wait, I hear her voice with terrible news. "The manager said we had that tire in stock and it was offered for that price, however, we don't have it in stock any more, and the vendor raised our price."
Devastated, I inform Paula, "Well I am dissapointed. I don't know why I can't get the advertised price. I have 3 other tires to order and I just want this one for what your website says I have to pay."
Paula counters with, "Well, I can give you 10% off your whole order, but I have to charge you 145.99 for that tire."
Final conclusion, I got 4 tires, set of stradas and set of corsas shipped to my door for 455.56.
