mounting NR bag to Garauld rack

I have this NR bag.

If I get the large Garauld luggage rack (already have the back rest, nice kit) is there any particularly great way to mount this bag to the rack?

I'd like it to be quick release but solid mounting.

I have two 18" (?) bungy-type cords that I cross over the top and hook on the rack. I do with it had a few more places to keep the hooks from sliding all over, but I manage.
