Depends on what's in there. If it's a pool table, dart board, and keg bar, then yeah, it counts. If it's an extra dining room, then it's not yours, it's your wife's, and doesn't count! :p

Zactly... What he said.

My hat is off to 'ya if you moved THAT pile of dirt with THAT little wheelbarrow

LMAO........ You guys are too much!!! I have had a good laugh reading the comments :yahoo: This little project has kept me from riding, so I am hoping I can finish it over the winter................it has become my nemesis :angry2: :angry2: For the exception of the block foundation, all of the work has been done by myself and my wife. We needed the extra space and there was no way we could afford to have a contractor do it. It really has been a learning experience!!

It's just a master bedroom (with a deck eventually) and en-suite bath and mud room at the rear door (at the side). The basement will hold the laundry and a play room for the kids. None of it is mine!! arrrghhhh.

It's the wrong color unsure.gif
Even though I ride an '03.............I thought I would swap out the bodywork of an '08 for that of an '05 (had a few issues with fitment of course) <_<

At times it sure felt like that's what I was using

The silver additions are faster.
Hindsight is 20/20 right ???? I would have been finished by now!!!!!!

Where is all the snow??? Canada, right?
Ahhhh haaa, heated back yard...

I wish.............it was -15 C (6 F) when I took the shot, the next day gave us 7" of snow  Right now it's just a big blue refrigerator.

We don't have wooden houses here. Also not allowed to build ourselve. If you do add on to your home, the Inspector will come take it down for you in a flash! :assassin:

We build brick houses here. Also noticed on other oversea forums, and no pun intended here , that the SUVS etc the people drive is twice as big as ours, but then again the Houses is 4 times smaller than ours?

Is living space a problem? Here we have wide open land still being developed. Some houses here has the same size yard as a football field!! No jokes!!! The guys with the MX bikes build their own small little track in their backyard!!

Look at this pic I took. Where I was standing, was in the MIDDLE of the front half of the yard. Look at the back boundery wall, the brick one! At the back there will be a storage like warehouse thing built. 30m by 30m! For all the bikes and caravan etc.

We never get snow. No tornado's. No eartquakes. No 2 mnths of rainy season. It is always 25 degrees celcius here, 12 mnths of the year. We ride our bikes 12 mnths a year nyam nyam!!! Sometimes we get a cold front that lasts for 3 days or so. But not hectic stuff like elsewhere!!

So who wants to move to SA????? :clapping: :clapping: :clapping:

We can build or change whatever we want to our homes up here, the only caveat being it has to meet current building codes and pass an inspection. I only have a third of an acre with an 800 sq' home that's 50 yrs old. The addition will add 400 sq', which in contrast to the way they build homes now, is quite small. Nowadays, the homes are 5' from each other and the footprint of the house takes up more square footage than yard space!!!

Nice place you have there!!!! Although the yard could use a bit more grass <_<
