I have empathy for all the employees, (Keith, Tom, Ivan, Brent, Walter, Mike B, and Mr. Oxygen Man 
) and the owners, Tim, Frank, and their families. After 20 years of success, Powerhouse in Paso Robles has shut the doors, out of business.
Tim P. started by doing agricultural ATV repairs from his battered old blue Ford F150; made some money, opened up a small shop in Paso Robles carrying Yamaha's, chain saws, etc. Later, a vacant old Kmart became available, and the gig was on. Perhaps it was too much too soon. I don't know the details.
Rumor has it that Tim will try again, with a smaller shop, KTM's.
I wish all the best; they are truly a great group of guys who are now facing very uncertain times.
