I just bought the Nolan N-Com helmet at the Motorcycle show in Long Beach, CA a couple of weeks ago. I have a Zumo 550 and use a Blackberry Curve. The salesman told me they could be snc"d to the helmet together or both through the Zumo, can't really remember. Is this actually possible. Can someone direct me to a "how to" link. I cannot get this to work and I am really frustrated.

You have to read the "pairing" info for each product, but you need to have your phone paired to the Zumo first, then , pair the helmet to the Zumo.

Once done, your phone should link up to the Zumo when the unit is turned on, and after it finds your phone, turn on your helmet. If it does not "find" your helmet, go to the Bluetooth page on the Zumo and pick the proper device from the list.

I had a few problems here to, and found you that it all worked fine as long as I let the phone connect first, then turned on the helmet.
