The official NAFO Thread says that it is "likely September 24, 25 & 26" and it is going to be held in a city/town that has "all its hotel rooms booked for football games the week before". The NAFO planners have taken a vow of death before revelation of what/where that town even *might* be.

So I wait and wonder, with no way to dream or plan as I sit in the great frozen white north country awaiting the glaciers to retreat and the announcement of The Plan.

Throw us a bone -- will the venue be someplace in the eastern third of the country? Are the prospective locations closer to Maine or Key West? To get really pushy, can anyone say if it will be closer to the Mississippi or the Atlantic Ocean? Is there a short list of, say, 10-15 states that are being looked at?

Dates for NAFO have sort of for real been announced. THe dates we are shooting for are September 24, 25 & 26. I know that folks are impatient. I am asking that you hold off just a little longer for an official announcement. In the mean time, please refer to the thread that actually holds some information... like dates. linky is here.
