Need a new helmet

Has anyone out there have this helmet? I like the HJC FS-10 for the integrated sun shield but it doesn't have the Snell rating yet. I also like the CL-SP series, anyone have any thoughts?

I bought a Scorpion EXO-1000. The Sun Visor goes down further than the HJC. I like the scorpion so far.
