I am up in the Malvern PA area and need to replace both front and rear wheels after hitting a West Virginia speed bump (chug hole). I am working on buying used wheels off of e-bay (rear secured and being shipped) and was going to go ahead and order new tires too. I will need a dealer or service person that is of quality. Looking for recommendations as I am new to this area and up here on business with limited tools.

I was going to order tires and bring new to me wheels and tires to dealer but some I have come across really don't like you bringing in tires bought off the net.

 
If the used wheels come without bearings (sometimes they do), you'll need them along with the center spacer (pull this out of your old wheel) and both seals. Bearings and seals should not be reused after removal from your old wheels. You'll probably also need new screws for the brake discs, they need to be heated up to soften the locktite and often get chewed up upon removal (I never reuse them, but I might be too conservative).
