I have a 1992 chevy cavalier wagon that I was going to donate as soon as my SAAB is back together. Last week some low life ******* broke out the drivers side front window looking for something to steel for his next crack fix I assume, but as this car is just a daily back and forth to work/home depot kinda vehicle he got nothing and I have a window to replace.
Ive gotten the window from the junkyard, but removing that one left me with more questions than answers and I had to practicaly destroy the door to get it out. It almost looks like you have to remove the weather stripping/track/window as a unit and replace the whole thing.
Anybody know how this is done or have links to a forum where I can get answers?
