I finally pulled the "trigger" and bought a new Joe Rocket Meteor 5.0 jacket and First Gear HT Air Overpants. I just went out for a ride today to try them out and I love 'em. It does say that the jacket is 100% water proof. Anybody had any experience with the JR jacket or the FG Overpants? Are they REALLY waterproof?? If they are I can take my rain gear out of my tank bag. TIA

I have the JR Ballistic 5.0 jacket and pants and they are 100% waterproof as advertised.!!!
