Guys, sitting here listening the thunder as the storms move in, watching the History Channel, story about a man who predicted the 9-11 attacks on the WTC.

Let us never forget, and may God bless those we lost in the attack. I will never forget.

Try this as an experiment..... ask people you know how many planes were involved in the 9-11 attacks and see what number they come up with. Four is the correct answer, but you'd be surprised at the response (as I was) when you ask your friends or co-workers. Many people have forgotten alot about not just the info/happenings of 9-11, but more importantly, the sense of outright anger/sadness/confusion/patriotism/etc. that had pulled this country together closer than it had been in over fifty years IMHO.

There is an interesting show about September 11 on the history channel right now. Comprised of mostly amateur video, it is worth watching. And remembering. It says it is new, just produced this year.

Watching both saddens me and pisses me off.

Not to start a whole conversation or to rub anyone the wrong way, but I feel the media has really fallen off the anniversary bandwagon of 9-11. I mean, we as Americans, need to be pissed off. We need to be reminded. We need to be pulled together and remember why we did what we did. We need to remember why we are still "over there". Alot of people here will spew off a whole rant of **** about how we have no further business being overseas, but ask the soldiers who are actually over there.... they know why they are there and for the vast majority, feel they are right in being there. Just my .02 cents

i will not forget 9/11. it's not that i knew anyone in the attack, but it still cuts me to the bone. until bin laden is captured, i will continue to remain in this stage of "grief", as it would be hard for me to be able to resolve, to get thru the grief stages, without his capture.
