new 06A in NJ - check this out!

I have been calling all over the map! One of the members referred to a dealer in PA. Another in OH. I found one in NJ half hour from me.

PA: 500mi, 12,399 (including +4 year YES): bike used in iron-butt!? Isn't that bad during break-in period?

OH: 0mi, 12,500 + ~300 to ship to NJ (or I fly there and drive back)

NJ: 0mi, 12,700 (including +4 year YES) - I told him about the above 2 offers, so he came up with the combination I wanted to see.

NJ dealer maybe willing to take my V-MAX as trade-in (only 120mi, 06 stock). Will know tomorrow what he has to offer.

I feel am better off buying in NJ, so I get (hopefully) better post-sale service.

Still waiting to hear from couple of forum members here who want to sell their 06A.

If anyone has their used 06A to sell with no more than 2-3K miles (broken-in! so I can ride fast! :clapping: now!) - please PM / email me with your offer and details about condition, farkles, lien or not, etc.

With 500 mi it surely wasn't used in any Iron Butt ride. Their daily average is almost three times that milage.

One would think not. That's what bothered me why the buyer returned the bike? Supposedly with an explanation that the gas tank is not large enough! huh?

I would think just about everyone in the Iron Butt uses aux cells, I can't think of any bike that comes with an 11.5 gal tank stock. :blink: :blink: :blink: :blink:

Also there is no IB in 06', its run every other year... 05' was the last and August 07' will be the next.

He may have been told some other rally and was confused.. or full of ****.
