Does the Triumph Sprint ST count as a tourer? Why doesnt someone make a three cylinder tourer? Isnt a three cyl by nature a smoother engine? And I think your right about the heat issue of the fairing design.
Cycle World was not impressed. Over a grand for the luggage, and it was deemed junk.Sprint is a triple.Sprint has luggage (available).
I don't really trust any of the moto rags to make a purchase decision for me.Cycle World was not impressed. Over a grand for the luggage, and it was deemed junk.Sprint is a triple.Sprint has luggage (available).
I was tremendously impressed with the concept bike which had some very unusual features, such as control levers that pivoted from the bar end rather than inboard. This sketch looks NOTHING like the concept bike so I don't know where they are making any connection. If Kawasaki would produce something like the concept bike, I'd be all over it.If any of you guys can pick up an old ‘04 January Cycle World edition it has full details about the ZZR-X and the real concept bike pictured in the “flesh” (I still have an old copy somewhere ) and believe me it looks much better than that silly “Etch N’ Sketch“ shown in the link above. ...
Sprint ST was second to the Feejer for me when I was choosing - I liked the bike, and was a little entranced by the "Brit Bike" idea. My dad rode BSA's back in the 60's-early 70's, and I like the idea of keeping that tradition up.Sprint is a triple.Sprint has luggage (available).
When was the last time anyone trusted the judgment of a magazine to perfectly match their preferences?Cycle World was not impressed. Over a grand for the luggage, and it was deemed junk.Sprint is a triple.Sprint has luggage (available).
Helluva lot cheaper than CAD, besides, Kawi has never been known to spend alot on R&D.Cool. Bike on a napkin. Why didn't they pen a Powerglide and a sidecar too?
