Had a pair of Battlax T30 GT tires installed over the weekend to replace a set of Battleax BT-023 GT. Current mileage 23083. 2009 model purchased in May 2010.

Mileage for the old tires. Front: 17282 - about 1/32 left before the wear bars. Inflation pressure 40 or 41 over the life of the tire

Rear 5791 - early retirement because of 1" drywall screw through the middle of the tread. Inflation pressure 42/43 over the life of the tire. I expected to get around 15000 from this tire. Plugged with a Stop n Go plug which held pressure but I didn't feel confident in the plug holding up to longer distance rides at speed.

Solo rider, 40/60 commuting/touring. I weight ~155, with gear ~175. Add another 15# for tank bag and snacks/water in the luggage.

The front tire had good traction up to the end. No cupping and even wear across the tread. The rear tire had good traction and the same even wear pattern. I plan on running the same inflation pressures in the T30's unless I start to see unusual wear.

Tires purchased through and mounted/balanced by Ducati Bellevue. Cost was higher but it is worth it to me to have a reliable shop close to Mercer Island. Best price I found for the T30 was at American Motorcycle Tire https://www.americanmototire.com/catalog/

Thanks for the update and keep posting your impressions of the T30's. I'm running 023GT's and looking at the T30's come replacement time.

jive me to tears. have over 10,000 on the PR2 front and about 6000 on the PR2 rear. will replace both in about 1k miles. of course I am not an

ex moto gp or superbike racer like most of you guys so I do no really punish the tires/bike like you retired pros.
