Is this thing going to take sales away from Honda or BMW? https://www.motorcycledaily.com/10july07_20...tour_street.htm

Kind of low on HP but the torque is up there. The reviewer was more interested in the sound system than anything else it seemed like. It has some type of anti tip over bars, which would be a necessity, because it would take a crane to set it back up on two wheels.

The more action photos of it that I see, the more I like it.

Meet George Jetson!

Somehow, I could see Hun really enjoying that rear perch. :bike: But I’ve never been a thumper (v-twin) guy.

You need a Flash Gordon suit to ride that thing.

In my opinion, that bike is so ugly the tide wouldn't take it out.

In a way it kind of reminds me of the Honda "Dream" series back in the 60's

You might get that to turn a circle in the "Bigtop." Just watch out for the drunk clown and the elephant dung!

It reminds me of how the Taurus/Sable looked so futuristic when they were debuted in the mid-80s. Also how Ford and Chevy trucks seemed somewhat odd when they went to a more rounded, aerodynamic look in the 90s. There are many more examples. My point is that now we take those designs for granted and as "old hat."

Could it be that this is the touring cruiser design that will be the tipping point and the future of the segment? In a few years, will we look at this design and not think of the Jetsons? Time will tell. Still, it's not my scene.

You buy a motorcycle like that, and you'll get a free bowl of soup;............................................Oh, but it looks good on You.

I also remember the BMW Isetta, Pacer and the Gremlin...

"The Tour weighs in at a heavyweight 365kg (803 lbs.)"

Damn!! And I thought the FJR was heavy. Don't try to save the one from a tipover. It will pull your arm clean out of the socket!

I think that in a couple of years it will made the Goldwing look dated. Looks like a mile eating machine.

Does Judge Dredd know they ganked his lawgiver?

I don't think ugly covers it...I'd go as far as SILLY

Yes Comissioner, Robin and I will get right on it. Robin, to the Bat Mobile.....er never mind lets take the bike. Checked one of the proto-types out at Arlen Ness home shop and it is big and it is plastic. LOL. P

Check the pic of the dash, the mph is lit up. Looks like you can switch between mph and km/h. That should be very helpful on the 100 of them they sell.

To test the pillion comfort I had to be a pillion. So what I did on a clear stretch of road was activate cruise control, and then jump back into the pillion seat for a while on the Tour. Sitting back there was even better than in the rider's seat! Really comfortable it was. It felt like riding the Vision Tour with remote control and I really enjoyed myself back there. To steer properly, brake and accelerate I obviously needed to get back in the rider's seat, but it amazed me how stable and easy the bike cruised along even without any riding inputs.
And he wonders why Victory cut those pics. :clown2: :glare:

It will be interesting to see how many units sell the first year.

I do not think they are targeting the BMW/ Honda crowd but an aggressive threat to the Harley tourers
