You can speculate all you want, but, until the first lap is turned at Daytona next year, there is no way to know how this will play out. It will depend on what role the factories decide to play. Are they gonna run in the 2 classes? Are they gonna provide support to the support teams? If the answer to both is no, the races will be dominated by teams that are able to secure ample outside sponsorship to put on a competitive effort.

 
Or the ever popular one, will the factories do their own series? My personal thought is no, they want to make bikes, not run race series, and if a bike was as frequent a winner as Suzuki in a factory series, it would be all "oh the rules are tilted so Suzuki can win their own series"

Stranger things have happened though. Rossi won at Laguna this year! :)

 
I'm in favor of anything that gets the racebike closer to the real product. It fosters USEFULL product developement, reduces costs and reduces average speeds, (read safer) but not to a level that is perceptible from the stands. I think fans are getting tired of formats that inevitably morph into tire wars.
